1.1.1 Consecuencias de la resolución contractual
Las **consecuencias indemnizatorias por la concurrencia** de cualquiera de las causas de resolución indicadas en el apartado 7.2.1 anterior, serán las siguientes:

: yes, they're just saying what will happen if the contract is terminated for any of the reasons given. I don't think 'concurrence' would be used in English.
