Discussion

Nina Iordache (asker) Mar 24, 2009:
Thanks...

clos couvert/noyau coque

Architect's handbook:

"Levels of completion
...
Shell and core: includes building structure, cores and external envelope complete; all vertical services (water, drainage, gas, lifts, HVAC plant and risers, electrical and data riser; perimeter heating, if any, installed; toilets fully plumbed and finished."
http://books.google.ro/books?id=JS3H9aiQs6QC&pg=RA5-PT150&lp...

Cu alte cuvinte, constructia fara finisaje. Este, in mare, acelasi lucru cu "wind and water tight" - ambele contin structura si invelisul/carcasa, etansa, cu tamplarii exterioare si acoperis.

Clos et couvert
"Clos et couvert comprenant prépartion terrassement, gros oeuvre, VRD, Isolation extérieur, chapente bois, couverture, etancheité, menuiserie, serrurerie, carrelage."
https://www.klekoon.com/boamp/BOAMP_3_Detail.asp?ID_appel=63...

Note from asker:

Note from asker:
Thank you, that would be shell and core, then!
Merci pour les explications amples.

neutral Midland Productions : The description given is not for "clés en main" - no fittings included (and not even for shell and core, but for developper standard, which is the next completion step, but still not "clés en main" - which would be "turnkey", as is easy to associate.
