French term
assurés vs pris en charge
French to English
Bus/Financial
Law: Contract(s)
This is from a Selective Retail contract, in which a company can become an Approved Retailer for a particular brand of mattresses (Société X.)
"Toutes les réparations et remplacement au titre de la garantie et retours seront assurés par le Distributeur agréé, mais pris en charge par la Société X."
(the typos are not mine)
Thanks for any insight!

: As I understand it, repairs and replacements covered by the guarantee are carried out by the Approved Retailer, but the costs are to be borne by X.

Hello,
seront assurées par = shall be provided by
seront pris en charge par = shall be paid for by
They may get a subcontractor to do the repairs. Who knows without more context. I really am not sure about "carried out by" as "provided" is a more vague like the French is being.
I hope this helps.
