This is in the description of a women's clothing line (in Spain). I think it's pretty clearly a type of fabric based on the context, but can't find it (it's not a tie rack, ok?). Here's quite a bit of context, so you get the picture.

Necktie fabrics or necktie prints, I think they are referring more to the traditional designs in ties, like plaids, paisley, stripes, dots, etc. Thanks for the agree - teju :)

I am guessing but since they are using the word "jacquards" to describe a type of fabric or print, paisley fabric is very popular for ties and other garments. See examples on the Internet.

Yes, I saw that. But then again, "jacquard" is not a Spanish word, so that's why I guessed with the word "paisley." "Tie-like prints" is too broad, in my opinion; it doesn't tell me much. I would ask for an illustration if possible.
