կատարելապաշտություն
This is a term I just created (if it already doesn't exist). The logic is that -ism is translated as -պաշտություն like materialism - նյութապաշտություն, realism - իրապաշտություն, holism - ամբողջապաշտություն, etc. Perfect is կատարյալ, so the term renders the original meaning fully.
