Según tu fotografía, lo que tienes es una máquina panificadora. Esta es en la que pones la masa a que suba pero ya en los moldes adecuados y está programada para que despúes a determinado tiempo, horneé el pan y que se apague a determinado tiempo también. Es una máquina panificadora.

Esta máquina es muy utilizada en pastelería, y no contiene vasijas, sino que más bien es como un horno.

Fermenter I have never actually given a name to a dish where fermenting was being done. Industrially, of course you see the fermenters which are vessels with lots of tubes and hook ups but in a kitchen...there is no true name that I know of. Those dishes are just referred to as fermenting dishes o vasijas de fermentación, etc.

También hay proofer/retarders (mantiernen fría la masa hasta cierta hora, y luego la calientan levemente como para que leve a tiempo para hornear) y proofers realmente grandes dónde ingresan el pan en carros especiales -varios a la vez.
