La patiente présente une incontinence urinaire essentiellement à l'effort.
A l'anamnèse systématique, elle décrit également des besoins fréquents, parfois urgents. Il n'y a pas d'impériosité urinaire.
L'examen urodynamique est réalisé avec une débitmétre qui montre un débit de ##, volume ###, pas de résidu post-mictionnel.
Une sonde de Buzelin est mise en place avec remplissage ralenti.
I am not finding anything like a Buzelin tube, probe or catheter, after various Google searches. Which could this be then? TIA.
