yes, symptoms of urinary pathology seems correct I havent' heard back from the client, but since left loin pain can be accompanied by hematuria, it seems probable that they are making the point that it is not the case here .

As the French is written, SPU specifically qualifies the "douleur du flanc gauche" (left loin pain without/unaccompanied by ...).

The patient did consult emergency services, however specifically for heart palpitations. They may be making the point that she did not mention/was not treated for the abdominal pain during her ER visits, or it may be something else entirely as SJLD mentions. Since it isn't that clear, I will see if I can get an expansion from the client, or I will annotate it. If I hear anything interesting, I will post.
