Troquel desplegable contracolado

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Printing & Publishing
Technical description of a book
I’m no expert in this area.

I’ve found the following translations for the printing context:

Troquel > die

Contracolado > lining / pasting (or maybe “pasted”)

Not sure how the “desplegable” fits in here.

I’d appreciate it if someone with an understanding of what’s involved could help me make sense of this and put the English together in the right way. Thanks

die cut, self-adhesive/pasted in fold-out

troquel is undoubtedly die-cut
encolado is either pasted-in or may perhaps be self-adhesive, above all if the die-cut sheet is not cut all the way through and you can peel off stickers or "cromos".
Desplegable means the sheet can be folded out. these are also known as gatefolds when two sheets fold outwards to give a panoramic format
