French term

nature conciliante

French to English Marketing Wine / Oenology / Viticulture Sweet white wine

A "conciliatory nature" obviously does not sound right...

accoucher de means "to give birth to" (literally).

The majority of America lives in cities and suburban areas. They generally should not allow rotating blades above people's homes. It simply will not happen and in any event, it doesn't do much to solve the energy crisis. If you are going to build wind mills, at least get the economy of scale one gets with a 1.5 MW wind mill. This is where the real market is, and they are built, usually, far, far away from the actual human beings who be using the power when NATURE CONDESCENDS to allow the wind to blow

a compliant nature

..the years of toil during which man has secured the compliance of nature have brought forth a veritable miracle!

(i.e. man has persuaded nature to comply with his wishes and produce some very wine)
Peer comment(s):

neutral philgoddard : Yes, I think this is almost right, except that you haven't managed to capture "les seules années". I think this means that it only happens in certain years.

[see my suggestion]

When man manages to achieve the delicate balance with nature required to bring about this transformation.

I think it's something along these lines.

"This miraculous transformation" would be closer to the French.

forgiving/accommodating nature

As the other posters say, I think you'll have to totally rework the sentence.

Here's my two cents...

"Only rarely does man's labor combine with the accommodating earth to produce such a (a miracle as this) veritable nectar!"
