I have never heard or seen "restornere" used in Danish, and it doesn't exist in Danish dictionaries either. Maybe you should ask the client what is meant here. It might be a word they invented themselves ;-) From the context, my guess would be that it should have said something like "annulleres" or "slettes" instead (the transaction is cancelled).

agree Anna Haxen : Based on the context, I agree with "cancelled". (The Danish word should probably have been "annulleres" - "ristornere" seems to be used mainly in connection with insurance premiums).

It mist be a typo from ristorno (substantive), though maybe not normally used as a verb.
