Haven't you already given the answer? Is it not simply "career stages"? It's an oddly bilingual list isn't it? Perhaps you should translate the English bits into French ;-)

Career developments

Unless I've really missed a step, I do not see any logical understanding for "bandes" (de carrière) but "déroulement", or "développement". Otherwise, it seems to make no sense.
