Keyhole (neckline)
In terms of necklines, here are keyhole tops (I have not heard of window necklines in either German or English, but that might be what the designer wants to call them...). The opening in the neckline is more like an oval, but it can also be wide, twisted, asymmetrical, etc. Maybe the links below help you further.
