I assume this is referring back to group and BU performance, but trying to say this succinctly...

From the context, what I understand is that when both mandatory local and national systems remunarate the same recipient (objet), they will be "deducted" from the Collective Bonus. The words "viennent en déduction" don't seem completely right here...

As such, "objet" is a bit hard to translate, since it does not provide any information related to what it stands for: "les résultats" mentioned above !
That's why I suggest "result" (or "outcome"), which I believe makes it clearer than any possible direct translation, such as subject, object, topic, item, purpose, goal aso.
