Urology
A urologist is responding to the question "how many patients have these symptoms" (bladder problems) and says: "Das Problem, sag Ich mal, Direktion Polygenurie, Langdarm Inkontinenz ist haeufig der Harn dran."
This is a recording of a cell phone, so half of this may be wrong. The term, I think, is Polygenurie, but any other feedback would be appreciated. I looked up Polygenie, but it didn't seem to fit in the context of urology.

Thanks!

Deutsch term (edited):
Pollakisurie
urinary frequency
"Das ist schwer zu sagen, aber das Problem, ich sag mal, der Miktion - also Pollakisurie, Dranginkontinenz, häufiger Harndrang..."
Discussion
"Langdarm" shoud be "Dranginkontinenz" and
"ist haeufig der Harn dran" should be "häufiger Harndrang"
