En caso de cambio de domicilio, y sin perjuicio del articulo 687.2 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil, en los limites del articulo 683 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil, las partes pactan adicionalmente a lo previsto en dicho precepto que *en tanto no resulte inscrita* el acta del numero 683.2 no surta efecto el referido cambio, y que la deudora por si y respecto de los eventuales terceros poseedores, a quienes voluntariamente ceda sus derechos, se compromete a notificar notarialmente cada cambio de domicilio que se produzca.

I think you should turn the sentence round; this is my suggestion:

in addittion to the above-mentioned rule, the parties agree that such change will not be effective/applicable UNTIL RECORD NUMBER XXX IS ENTERED.
