I've come across this:
Traditionally, labor markets have been characterised as based on temporary and seasonal workers, with precarious jobs and organised in geographical areas including distant places, managed by “enganchadores” (recruiters). Different production activities show the appearance of new actors which replace the traditional “enganchador”. This is the case of temporary labour contractors. These ones connect workers supply and demand and present distinct attributes concerning background, capital availability and ways of negotiation between companies and workers.

riggers

According to your context, this is a list of workers on a drilling rig. I'm too late for points, but I hope this helps others looking for this term in the future.

Here is an example from the document I'm currently working on. It should it very clear that we're talking about laborers on a rig, and not recruiters in an office:
Donde fuera necesario, los enganchadores (operarios de torre) usarán cinturón de seguridad homologado debiendo además la torre tener instalada una "línea de vida".
