Italian term

REG

Italian to English Medical Medical: Cardiology physical examination
This abbreviation appears in the 'esame obiettivo' section of a patient's hospital discharge report. It comes after the heart and lungs have been described, in the following sequence:

"Fegato a tre dita dall'arcata costale. Turgore giugulare+. REG+.
On the next line the report says "Non edemi declivi".

So, I don't know what part of the body this is describing. Abdomen? Neck? I think the letters REG are correct, although it's a bad copy and there's a possibility that I'm not reading them right.

Thanks to all for your ideas and suggestions.
