The inclusion criteria specified that subjects must be at least 15 years old

"Inclusion" assuming that this is a drug trial we're talking about. "Se consideró" is the past tense.

agree Dr. Andrew Frankland : Spot on. Inclusion and exclusion criteria are the terms used when selecting subjects to take part in clinical trials.

Thanks Andrew.
agree Muriel Vasconcellos : 1,700,000 hits for "inclusion criteria" vs. 471,000 for "admission criteria" - definitely the terminology used for clinical trials, as Andrew points out. I just finished translating one of those and the instructions were to say "inclusion criteria."

disagree Dr. Andrew Frankland : "Inclusion criteria" is the correct term in a clinical trial context, which I assume is the case here.

Admittedly, I am not an expert in the field.

Inclusion criteria stipulate that the person considered must be over 15 years old

Necesita que algunas pruebas utilizan las personas que tienen mas de 15 anos, por razones legales.

One condition for being admitted was that the person had to be over 15 years old

If this is actually published, I would definitely avoid the term "criteria". "Condition" is much more common.
