English to Spanish Law/Patents Real Estate Contracts

For the purposes of interpretation and enforcement of these Rules and Regulations the parties expressly submit themselves to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of the City of xxxxx, thus waiving the law or authority that would correspond to them by virtue of their nationality, residence address or vicinity, or otherwise present or future.
