As derived from the context provided by asker, and from the unlikelihood of "Betriebsende", in the sense of "shutdown" etc., being used in its plural form. -- Rare. Possibly in analogy to "Schalterende" (cf. link), which seems to be used sometimes in electronics and is also rare. Though googling the latter reveals quite a few instances of the term being used in G, in a colloquial context.
