Yes, you were right. I am a mac user and thought I had solved the script problem by opening the doc in text edit then saving as rtf. It all seems to display perfectly.

I just re-opened the doc on my husband's netbook and see that although it looks identical on the surface there are a couple of words that seem to have squashed together to make a nonsense word! Here is the corrected version below. I don't think I can change the word in the heading, but will do this at the time of adding to the glossary. Sorry.
