Comment: "thanks, its really helpful.
I can say it is the correct answer as i found this English definition for the term goodwill as an adjective:
Assumed value of the attractive force that generates sales revenue in a business, and adds value to its assets. "

Discussion
Think of BP, for example. The disaster in the Gulf has cost the company a lot of good will. Consequently, its stock value went down.
Goodwill is the assumed value of the attractive force that generates sales revenue in a business, and adds value to its assets. Goodwill is an intangible but saleable asset, almost indestructible except by indiscretion.
I am not sure if i am right
The good will that is stated here is the good will that others have towards this party, not the party's good will towards others. If this party loses the good will of others, they stand to lose business and, potentially, a lot of money.
Yes, copy and paste has become a religion, and we are all averse to manual typing, but you need to think and do things out of the box if you need to get results.
The whole reason you had difficulty with the expression "good will" in that sentence is that it did not seem to fit the context. In other words, without the context, you would not even have much of a question to begin with. So it stands to reason that you need to show us the context so we can decipher what went wrong. You did that now, so the source of your puzzlement is much clearer, and it is now possible, not only to suggest the proper translation, but also to help you understand the whole sentence.
However the context is:
The company should hold them harmless from any business loss, damage, loss in business or profits, goodwill and anticipated savings or any other loss or damage arising from........
First, when you fill out your question form, place only the term in question (either the term "good will" or the term "anticipated savings") in the "Term" box. Do not place two terms, even if they occur in the same phrase. If you need help translating both terms, you will need to post two separate questions.
Second, in the "Context/explanation" box, you need to state the actual context, not your paraphrase of the context. In your question, you stated:
"it is a part of a contract in which a party stated he is not responsible of goodwill and anticipated savings."
That does not convey anything useful. We need the actual sentence where the term occurs. Do not paraphrase it for us.
If you are puzzled about what the sentence means (not just how to translate it), state the nature of your puzzlement, so we could address this point as well.
When you state your question correctly, you will receive answers that actually help.
Thank you.
