I believe it remains unchanged.
I have found the acronym in Spanish texts, but also in official European Commission documents published in English and French. In the French version the acronym is left unchanged.
So I imagine something like: Red de Datos e Información sobre Sustancias Químicas Medioambientales de la Comisión Europea (ECDIN)
