My suggestion.
"Camara" might refer to a futures exchange such as the Chicago Board of Trade. Commodity futures trading can involve physical delivery of a commodity if trader is caught with a position for not having reversed it beforehand. A seat costs a considerable sum, depending on how profitable it turns out to be, and is paid only once, and it can be sold to another broker. The broker charges commissions to the buyers and sellers of commodity futures contracts.
Companies engaged in spot trading of commodities do not buy seats but have their own facilities and infrastructures where transactions take place.
