El texto proviene de una mala traducción. En aviación no existe "banqueo automático". El original en inglés es "retraction of the flaps" y lo tradujeron mal al español. Debieron decir "la retracción de los flaps"

Como dicen por acá, "No hay que pelear con el problema" se trata de un accidente en Colombia. La investigación la hicieron es Estados Unidos y el resultado está en inglés. Quien tradujo al español, "se tiró lo hecho" en inglés. En la página están las dos versiones, Además esa aeronave, tipo LET no tiene por su antiguedad sistemas de retracción automática de los flaps

¡Gracias! Esto me confundió bastante porque parece haber un “autobank feature” en algunos aviones, pero no entendía a qué parte de eso se podría efectuar una “retracción”. |

The N22 had a design feature of automatic flap retraction from full flap to half flap or go-round position. Some designer thought this was a good idea. It was the most dangerous feature of the aircraft. In the tropics in gusty wind situations and wind sheer there was so much drag with full flaps that large power inputs where sometimes necessary resulting in the flaps coming up close to the ground.

Normal Takeoff Note: At heavy takeoff weight, the S speed on the A321 may be higher than the MAX speed of CONF 1+F (225 knots). In this case, continue to accelerate. On reaching 210 knots the automatic flap retraction will occur and the MAX speed will move to 235 knots (PHB 18.3.2).

Pre-establishedaltitudes, as benchmarks for the noise abatement maneuver, has resulted in thrust cutback times that are frequently not coincident with the boundaries of the community.
