English to Czech Bus/Financial Finance (general)

Smlouva o zajištění měnových rizik prostřednictvím forwardových smluv:
Company XXX will "unwind" the external forward that relates to the internal forward typically two or three days prior to maturity. Company XXX will effect the "unwind" by selecting one of the two currency legs of the external forward and either selling that currency (if company XXX had agreed to originally buy it in the external forward) or buying that currency (if company XXX had agreed to originally sell it in the external forward). Company XXX will execute this "unwind" of the external forward in the foreign exchange market with a third party financial institution for the same maturity date as the external forward.
