Spanish term

PA NAO

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Opthalmologia
This is an opthalmology report, relating to a patient with an eye infection.

The sentence goes:
AV CSC OD 1 OI 1 PA NAO FO NAO

(agudez visual con sus cristales ojo derecho 1 ojo izquierdo 1 PA?? ninguna alteracion ocular) - my interpretation of the acronyms but I can't work out PA.
Thanks for your help.
Proposed translations (English)
4 +1 anterior pole (AP), no ocular alteration

Discussion

celiacp Dec 3, 2010:
"agudeza", no "agudez" es femenino
NKW (X) Dec 2, 2010:
(Just in case it was omitted inadvertently, FO appears to mean 'fundo de ojo') 'PA' is proving difficult to interpret. 'Parte anterior' was the only immediate thought to come to mind, but it is implausible.
If I come across anything, I will post a further contribution.

The title of the thesis in the last of those references was "A Computational Model of the Ocular Lens". Here's an easier-to-open link:
