Dutch term

stroomopwaartse buur

Dutch to English Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering industrial bread machine

This bread machine is a huge piece of equipment that is actually made up of a number of machines, each with their own control boxes, and together they form the bread maker. 'Stroomopwaartse buur' refers to the direction the new recipe is implemented in the machine (first at the dough mixing station, then the proofing cabinet, etc.), but I'm not absolutely sure how to word that in this technical document.

Any suggestions?

Selected

upstream neighbour, neighbouring upstream unit, station etc.

Upstream and downstream are commonly used expressions in process control and could be used here in my opinion.
