"Up, down and midweighting": These are part of technical document on snowboarding that I'm translating in French. They are not in a sentence but are part of a table explaining the duties of a snowboard instructor. They are together in one of the table's cells, below others that say things like "Controlling balance, enhancing stability". Any ideas on how to say this in French, anyone? Help much appreciated.

Haut, bas et intermédiaire
Basically, these should be considered as instructions on soft level snowboarding that the instructor would give. Simple moves upwards and downwards. Midweighting can refer to intermédiaire in that context.
