A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

"Préparez le beurre vigneron : pelez et ciselez les échalotes, mettez-les dans une petite casserole avec la marinade filtrée au tamis et faite réduire jusqu'à l'obtention d'une purée d'échalote bien humide. laissez refroidir.
Coupez le beurre en petits morceaux et mixez le avec la purée d'échalote; rectifiez l'assaisonnement et mixez à nouveau. "

Réunir, dans une petite casserole, l'échalote, l'ail et le vin blanc. Faire bouillir à petit feu et laisser réduire pendant environ 2 minutes, de manière à obtenir une marmelade mouillée. Беарнский соус / Беарнез
Беарнский соус (фр. Sauce béarnaise) — французский яично-масляный соус. Готовится из растопленного сливочного масла, лука-шалота, кервеля, эстрагона и белого винного уксуса.
Название соус получил в честь знаменитого уроженца Беарна — короля Франции Генриха IV.

БЕАРНЕЗ
