Mein Vermutung ist, dass es ... ... um irgend einen Zoom geht. Dann würde das schon Sinn machen. -- Ist es aber nur so ein Werbe"statement", muss man mit so ziemlich allem rechnen. :-]

Isn't the Netz the internet? The problem is that the asker has given very little context. We don't know what "das System" and "devices in photography" are, and we don't have very much surrounding text.

Klingt mir nach Handball oder ... ... Volleyball: "aus der Tiefe des Raumes ins Netz (gespielt)". Was diese Ballmetapher hier zu suchen hat, ist ein bisschen fraglich. Mit Mechanik hat es aber nicht viel zu tun, eher mit Werbung ;-]
