: "Supply" is indeed the word, and the order is "equipment supplied", as you say. Could be "equipment to be supplied", I suppose. / As I read it the year of trouble-free service is still in the future, but let's not quibble!

At this point the equipment has been supplied and been functioning without problems for a year. It doesn't really matter though. Thanks Charles.

This has more to do with the arrangement or preparation beforehand and the meeting of needs.
I will service the equipment to be supplied after it has been in operation for a year.
Then again, your's could suggest it will not be supplied until one year after final acceptance which would not be the case . So I think I will decant for my version.
I think on balance there is not a lot of difference.
Back to 20000 words of administrative appeal pleadings, yawn, I really would like to retire soon. Got to do them for the end of the week but I'm driving to Spain tomorrow and Thursday. Still, the ferry is a good place to work.
