Spanish to English Science Biology (-tech,-chem,micro-) cultivos marinos
"Se desarrolla la biotecnia para el cultivo del alga marina Eisenia arborea. Esta especie es conocida como “arame” en Asia donde se utiliza para consumo humano. En México, el alga puede además tener otros usos. Actualmente se prueba como forraje, alimento para abulón en cultivo".

Está escrito por un científico mexicano.

(bio/biological) technique

Biotechology is a good answer. However, the text sample appears to describe one specific bio technique for seaweed cultivation, hence my optional offering.
