契約文書の一文ですが、上記の”liability of sage”の訳が取れずに難儀しております。意味的には最大限の賠償責任はこれだけですということを言っているのだと思いますが、契約文書としてどのような表現とするべきか、ご存じの方、ご経験のあられる方いらっしゃいましたらご教示いただけますと大変ありがたく存じます。
