reference I don't think you need to translate these, I think they are just a code for each co-schap. the University of Amsterdam uses these for various specialties:

Part of the answer? The word coschap means residency and refers to practical medical training. CF in optics usually refers to close focus lenses (also used in photography) but I am very unsure of how these two concepts could fit together in your context. Could you give a bit more context?
