CCO Chief Communications Officer
Likely the most general (and commonly used) job title for someone responsible for all outside communications, i.e. with customers, public affairs, press releases, info-sharing with other companies, compliance with government reporting rules, etc. Approval of PR activities is just part of this person's remit.
