W regulaminie uczestnictwa w imprezie sportowej, uczestnik deklaruje as follows:

If permitted by statute, I fully release and discharge XXX, the competent directors, executives, (...) from any and all liability claims and demands of whatever kind or nature, which arise or may arise from my participation in the program.

or

If permitted by statute, I affirm to indemnify XXX, its directors, institutions, (...) from any and all liability for the damages to any third party resulting from my negligent conduct or omission during my participation in the program.

Dokument powstał w USA, impreza odbędzie się w kilku krajach w Europie... może stąd zastrzeżenie "o ile jest to zgodne z (lokalnym) prawem"??
