Russell Jones Feb 20, 2012:
membrana da applicare a spruzzo a caldo = hot sprayed membrane (in case that helps you with the whole sentence)

Slightly more comprehensible Italian? primo getto di cls da realizzarsi in pendenza per ottenere il piano di posa per la rete di tubi scarico, con membrana impermeabile a spruzzo da applicare direttamente a caldo

to give a surface laid to fall

i.e. "per ottenere il piano di posa in pendenza"

strange way of doing it though----must be a new product. "Lay to fall" means laying a surface on a slight incline so that water will run down it.

From the Italian, the meaning seems to be that the concrete is level and this product, a waterproofing membrane, creates the fall. But maybe I've misunderstood?

... which was why I originally wrote "strange way of doing it"

or maybe the Italian is just very badly written.

ah- so indeed the Italian is very badly written. I was in fact puzzled as to why anyone would cast a flat slab and then create the fall using a membrane.
Note from asker:
the meaning is that the first concrete cast mus have a certain incline to allow the application of the waterprofing membrane. Any other suggestion?
the surface where the waterproofing membrane will be laid must have a slight incline
It is the opposite, it is not the membrane that creates the fall, but the gradient is created by the first concrete casting, can you suggest me a better translation?
yes, i was puzzled too.... I have translated it like this: "waterproofing membrane based on polyurethane resins to be applied by thermal spraying, directly to the first concrete casting, that must be laid to fall so as water//// will flow into the drain pipes system" what do you think about it? Is it correct?
