English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

(a) without duplication, pay to [COMPANY] an amount (the "Fees") equal to the wages, overhead, other indirect costs and direct costs incurred by [COMPANY] in providing the Services to the Client, such costs to be charged to the Client as determined under the policy established by [COMPANY] and its subsidiaries, as amended from time to time, the whole more fully described in "GroupTransfer Pricing Study" applicable to the proper period, as amended from time to time (the "Pricing Document");

The Pricing Document reflects the parties' use of reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the Fees and reimbursement of Expenses (as defined in paragraph 3.2 below) payable by the Client to [COMPANY] hereunder shall reflect the amount (the "Arm's Length Amount") that would be paid between persons dealing at arm's length as consideration for the provision of services comparable to the Services provided hereunder.
