ADJUSTMENT OPERATIONS
Adjusting travel limit switch G50 or G150
•Activate the mechanism to the 1st connection position.
•Loosen the central screw on the cams slightly.
•Pull cams outwards until the teeth are free.
•In order to avoid disadjustment, set the inner cam to a tooth (intervals of 4°) beyond the contact block connection point and mesh it once more onto the teeth. Secure with the central screw without tightening too much.
•Fine adjustment of the connection points with the fastening bolts on the contact blocks.

WARNING: Loosen the fixture bolts a maximum of half a turn!
Enough to totally cover the 4º of the cams.

•Activate the mechanism to the next connection point.
•Switch up to the following settings and adjust cams from the innermost one to the outermost one as described.
•Lock central screw.

CHECK :
•Cam adjustment : Set gear to final positions or to switching positions
For subsequent adjustment of individual switch points :
•Loosen central screw and hold cam block in meshed position.
•Adjust the cam with the subsequent disks.
•Replace the cams all together at the same tooth pitch for the cam adjusted to ensure they return to their original condition.
•Tighten central screw and make fine adjustments if necessary.
