I'm really struggling to find a translation for this item. It's on an itemised breakdown of a balance sheet, and the phrase occurs in several places and under several item numbers.

Strictly speaking, “показатели” are normally translated as “indicators.“ However, I suspect we’re dealing here with some Russian accountants’ jargon, so what they actually mean here is nothing else than the various items (as in lines) in the balance sheet you’re working on.
As to “Вписываемые” (items), these are added / entered by the book-keeper at a later stage, separately, independently, in addition to what is already part of the standard form.
