I am translating the academic regulations for an undergraduate study program in Physiotherapy (Laurea in Fisioterapia) offered by an Italian university.
In the regulations, a course in Neurotraumatology and Neurosurgery teaches, among other things, "la patalogia vascolare cerebrale".
What would a good American English equivalent be?
Would ""cerebrovascular pathology" work? Not too many hits on Google...

I think your suggestion should be fine actually. I'd use "cerebrovascular pathology" myself.
