Architecture
Hi everybody,
The context is architecture.
The text is about the changes and interventions on buildings, dynamic and static riqualification processes and therefore their "attitudine al mutamento".
I'm stuck...
Thanks

Selected
attitudes to change
We don't know the full context without the sentence before this one, so we don't know whose attitudes are being referred to (the public's?) but I don't see how you can translate it any other way.

The extent to which a building can be altered

Discussion
"Dynamic and static riqualification" doesn't make sense either.
