This Agreement and all matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Finland and China as to both contractual and non-contractual matters, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
本协议及与本协议相关，或由此引发的所有问题应由芬兰和中国合同和非合同类问题相关法律解决，不考虑两国法律冲突。
