I'm a U.S. Roman Catholic, but am not familiar with this term. The speaker is from Ocosingo, Chiapas. She's speaking about the chapel of el Niñito Fundador, where some people are praying. That's it, as far as context is concerned. A google search reveals that many localities have a shrine to the el Niñito Fundador. What's a good English translation of this term? The Founder doesn't ring true to my ear, but I could be wrong.
