If deliveries are delayed more than two (2) Business Days from the date of appointment for delivery or the agreed-upon Transit Time, as applicable, Carrier will deliver at its own expense by express means the replacement Product provided by XXX.

In the same conditions, Carrier will return to XXX any package found after the *replacement deadline*, at no cost to XXX.
