Swedish term
ändringstryck
Swedish to English
Tech/Engineering
Engineering (general)
The heading Förteckning över ändringstryck appears above a list where employees write the date and their initials (presumably to confirm they have read the document). This is then followed by some 100 pages of a spare parts catalogue.
I'm sure 'ändringstryck' is something quite simple, but I just can't place it! Any help most appreciated as always!

The 100 pages are a complete document.
Unfortunately there's no way of posting an image of the page here, and my html coding is not good enough to replicate it, but it is roughly laid in a table like this:
Förteckning över ändringstryck
Nr -- Datum -- Inrättat - datum, sign.
1

The standard I've seen is a version no. as in Revisions for (changes to) doc Name, version x.yy, but this depends an the system you're working with. Your description sounds like this a a complete doc which includes the latests revisions, and includes the unchanged portions, but I'm unsure.
What would you suggest as a good solution for the whole phrase? "List of revisions", or thereabouts?
Agree with Norskpro's discussion as in you are talking about revisions to an original doc. http://www.sakerhetsradgivarna.se/notice/notice_read.asp?id=...
There are other possibilities, tho this is kind of standard despite the fact that googling the term might bring you to bible studies!!
