UN RECETARIO POR DESCUBRIR
Spanish to English

Book title
Hi there, the title of a book about the largely unknown gastronomy of Menorca is
COCINA MENORQUINA AYER Y HOY
UN RECETARIO POR DESCUBRIR
Any ideas about a snappy way to translate the second section. I ventured "Undiscovered Recipes" but the client doesn't like it and wants to know if I can think of something 'better' ;)
Any brainwaves to offer them?
Thanks
