I'm a bit confused by the part of the sentence. Do they mean something along the lines of "..as well as a closer association/bond between the user and the product"? By the way "prodicios" here = 'productos y servicios".
- En tanto que productos, los prodicios deberán poder ser desarrollados y fabricados en series más o menos extensas, a un coste razonable, con una calidad elevada y reproducible, con una marca cuyos atributos permitan posicionar claramente su propuesta de valor
- En tanto que servicios, los prodicios tendrán un tiempo de desarrollo más corto, se adaptarán mejor a necesidades individuales, de hecho permitirán y perseguirán la personalización, generarán un vínculo emocional más fuerte y por todo ello, serán capaces de generar una mayor fidelidad en el usuario, **al que además implicarán de una manera mucho más estrecha**.

I'm not sure what you're making the "prodicios" in English (prodices?). Having read this phrase, I quite like the idea of the users 'being better able to identify with' although Helena's suggestion is in my view closer to the source because 'implicarse' is to be closely involved.
But anyway, I thought it'd be worth giving you another option to mull over. What a tricky text you're working on!
